    How Classfyx pricing actually works

Most academic support sites publish a single per-page rate and then quietly add fees once you have handed over your syllabus. We would rather explain the whole calculation up front so you can budget for a term instead of guessing week by week. Every quote we send is built from four inputs: the academic level of the course, the subject, the deadline, and the amount of work involved. There is no separate charge for revisions, formatting, plagiarism reporting, or communicating with your tutor.

The three plans above cover the way students typically buy. Basic exists for the student who needs one thing handled this week, usually a paper that collided with a work deadline. Standard suits the student carrying a full course load who knows they will need help repeatedly across a term and wants a predictable monthly figure. Premium is for the person who has decided to hand an entire course over and wants one tutor who knows the syllabus, the rubric and the professor's habits from week one to the final exam.

What moves the number up or down

    Academic level and subject

A first-year composition essay and a graduate econometrics problem set take very different skill sets. Postgraduate work, quantitative subjects such as statistics, accounting, finance and engineering, and licensure-track nursing courses sit at the higher end of every band because the tutors qualified to handle them are scarcer.

    Deadline pressure

Standard delivery is five to seven days and carries no surcharge. Priority delivery adds 30%, Express (24 hours) adds 50%, and Urgent (12 hours) adds 100%. Nothing else about the work changes, only how many people we have to pull onto it at once. Booking a week ahead is the single easiest way to lower your invoice.

    Scope and volume

A single discussion post is priced per submission. A semester of weekly assignments, quizzes and a final project is priced as a managed course, which works out cheaper per item than ordering piecemeal. Bulk and multi-course bookings receive a further discount that we quote directly.

    Research and source depth

Assignments requiring peer-reviewed sources, primary data, statistical software output, or lab documentation take longer than reflective writing of the same word count. We price the research hours honestly rather than hiding them in a padded per-page rate.

Deadline tiers and what they cost

Deadline is the one variable you control completely. The table below shows the surcharge applied to whichever base price your work falls under. Students who plan a fortnight ahead routinely pay a third less than students who order the night before a submission window closes.

Classfyx turnaround tiers and price modifiers
TierDelivery windowPrice modifierWhen students use it
Standard5-7 daysBase priceBest value. Recommended for anything you can plan ahead.
Priority2-3 days+30%For work you spotted mid-week and still want reviewed carefully.
Express24 hours+50%A tutor is assigned immediately and works to a same-day handover.
Urgent12 hours+100%Emergency cover. Subject to tutor availability at the time you order.

    Included in every order

Whichever plan you pick, the quoted figure covers the tutor's research and drafting time, an internal quality review before anything reaches you, formatting in APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard or your institution's own style guide, an originality report on written work, and revisions until the submission matches the rubric you supplied. Communication with your tutor through our messaging channel is unlimited and never metered. If your professor issues a mid-term clarification that changes the brief, we adjust without re-quoting, provided the scope has not materially grown.

    What we quote separately

Paid journal access, proprietary software licences, dissertation-length projects above 10,000 words, statistical consulting that runs beyond the coursework itself, and presentations requiring bespoke design work are quoted individually so that students who do not need them are not subsidising students who do. We tell you before starting, never afterwards. Nothing is ever charged to your card without a quote you have accepted in writing.

    Choosing between the three plans

A useful test is to count how many graded items your course produces. If your syllabus lists fewer than four assessed submissions and you are comfortable with most of them, the Basic plan used two or three times across the term will cost you less than a subscription. If your syllabus lists weekly discussion boards plus a quiz plus a paper, you are already above eight items a month and the Standard plan is cheaper than paying per item. If the course is a requirement you cannot afford to retake, Premium buys continuity: the same tutor, weekly progress reporting and exam preparation folded into one figure.

Students juggling employment and family commitments usually find Standard is the honest middle ground. Students on accelerated eight-week terms, where two assignments land every week, tend to move to Premium after the first month simply because the volume justifies it. You can move between plans at any point and we prorate the difference rather than restarting your billing.

    Payment, instalments and refunds

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer. Payments are processed over an encrypted connection and we never store full card details on our systems. Orders above $200 can be split into instalments: an initial deposit to start the work and the balance on delivery. Managed course bookings can be paid monthly rather than upfront.

Our refund position is deliberately simple. If we miss an agreed deadline through our own fault, you receive a full refund on that item. If a submission does not meet the rubric you supplied, we revise it free of charge, and if a corrected version still falls short you get your money back. Refund requests are reviewed within 24 hours and processed to the original payment method within five to seven business days. We do not refund work delivered on time and to specification simply because a grade was disappointing, but we will always review the marker's feedback with you and fix anything that was genuinely our error.

Not sure which figure applies to your course? Send us the syllabus through the class intake form and you will have an itemised quote back the same day, or use the quick order calculator for a single piece of work and see the price update as you set the deadline.
